What is your return policy?
Custom products cannot be returned. Return policies for non-custom products vary by product and may be subject to a restocking fee. Contact us for more information.
What if the product is damaged or if the product delivered is not what I ordered?
Any product damaged in shipping or received in error due to a mistake on the part of the shipper will be fully replaced or future credited.
What type of images should I use for custom printed signs?
Unless the image is in vector format, the image needs to be fairly large to translate well to large print. We will notify you via email if submit an image that is too small to be printed in sufficient quality.
Who is responsible for proofing my artwork?
You are. Carefully inspect your final design proof before submitting. If we find any uploaded images to be of insufficient quality for printing, we reserve the right to notify you and refuse the fulfillment of any order.

How do I know that you received my order?
You should receive an email receipt immediately upon the placement of your order.
How soon will I receive my order?
Production time can range from 3 – 7 business days, depending on the product ordered. The majority of orders placed through our online store are delivered within 5 days. Custom orders may require some additional lead time before the product is shipped.
